Your FAFSA will be sent to all schools that you list on your FAFSA. You can list up to 10 schools on the FAFSA. Please be sure to include University of Florida (UF) in your list of schools so that we will receive your information.

UF’s school code is 001535. This code is applicable to all colleges at UF, including UFCD.

UFCD Scholarships

Parent financial information is required to be on your Scholarship Application for consideration. Detailed information on the reason for this requirement is available on our Scholarships FAQ website.

Health Professions Loans & Loans for Disadvantaged Students

These subsidized loan programs require parent financial information. The only exception to this requirement is if both parents are deceased. The regulations for these loans do not allow for any other extenuating or special circumstances.

Important Note about Parent Financial Information

Due to the FAFSA application process changes, students can no longer report parental tax information on their FAFSA application. Students are required to upload a copy of their parents’ tax return to the UFCD Scholarship Application. If the parent is married, the student will provide a copy of their parent’s joint tax return. If the parents are single, the student will provide a copy of both parents’ tax returns.

Please note: If your parents reside in a foreign country and/or do not file taxes, those circumstances alone do not exempt you from the parental information requirement. See below for tips to help you input parent information for residents of foreign countries and non-filers.
