Impressions Program

The Impressions Program is sponsored by the National Dental Association (NDA) and the Student National Dental Association (SNDA) and is held each summer. The Impressions Program is designed to expose underrepresented pre-dental students to a career in dentistry and the application process. Applications to this program are open and due May 26, 2023. Summer Health Professions Education Program: Dentistry

The Summer Health Professions Education Program (SHPEP) is a FREE summer enrichment program focused on improving access to information and resources for college students interested in the health professions. SHPEP’s goal is to strengthen the academic proficiency and career development of students underrepresented in the health professions and prepare them for a successful application and matriculation to health professions schools.

Keys to Success in the Health Sciences

This year-long program is for students that are pursuing a career in the health professions. The primary goal of the program is for freshman and sophomore Black students at UF to develop meaningful relationships with UF Health Science Center (HSC) faculty and students, thus creating a community that encourages academic and personal growth, wellness, and a sense of belonging.
